My first impression after unpacking was good, the tool feels really good in the hand, it's really surprisingly light and very cute. Growing up one of my close friends and neighbors was almost fatally wounded, ever since then I've known your brakes are more important than a helmet. I have a habit of adjusting the brakes every time I start a ride. We use mountain bike, road bike and hybrid on the Chester Valley Bike Trail in Pennsylvania. My oldest bike is a 2006 road bike, when I lost the brake cables my ratchet arm broke the second day after receiving this item. It makes me think of all the 5 star reviews on here. I personally find that a standard Swiss Army style multi-tool that also has a wrench and screwdriver and Allen keys is more useful in comparison. I feel like the five star reviewers here are very happy they never used it, I also wish they didn't have to in the future.
