Circuit breaker tripped and electric current got into the tank
I bought this almost exactly a year ago and today I had trouble turning off the circuit breaker. After trial and error I determined it was a heater. When I reached for my tank after turning off the heater, I was slightly shocked. I finally got this thing out of my tank and contacted support via email on their website. The email was immediately rejected and invalidated. She worked great for a year and then created a huge problem. Wouldn't recommend it.
