Review on Wityoo by David Nelson

I was very dissatisfied with Wityoo after making a recent buy of gardening supplies from them. The first problem was that the shipment arrived days after it was supposed to and there was no word from their support staff about the holdup. Given the high prices I paid, I was disappointed to receive damaged and poorly packaged products when they eventually arrived. The goods were also of low quality and failed to live up to their online billings. The planters were made of cheap plastic rather than the promised durable material, and the gardening tools broke after only a few uses. I tried to get in touch with customer support to ask for a refund, but they were completely unhelpful and unresponsive. In sum, I was dissatisfied with my time spent with Wityoo and would not suggest their services to anyone else. It's obvious that they don't care about making customers happy given the poor communication, shoddy packing, and subpar quality of their offerings. Don't bother, and go somewhere else.
