Good product. terrible delivery service
Although the product itself is excellent, unfortunately one of the glass cups was broken (the rest was fortunately intact). I want to stress that there is a risk in ordering glassware online. It is very unfortunate that the product you are looking forward to turns out to be spoiled and damaged. Sad and disappointed. To put it mildly (and actually quite embarrassingly), the mailer box does NOT have the 'handle with care' label you think you would get with glassware.
