The bars didn't snap into place
These bars didn't snap into place. There were no purchase instructions. I watched videos on YouTube and it didn't help at all. I had 2 friends trying to fix it and they were unsuccessful too. Finally used duck tape to secure them in place. I think the quality of the sticks is great, just not very good customer service from the company.
