The product was difficult to assemble and the quality did not match the price. THANKS to my knowledge gained in practice, I was able to put it together but the overall look was not impressive .The pendant did not complement my outfit and felt cheaply made. The only positive was that the customer service was helpful when I had questions about assembly..
