They came in very handy when the coronavirus closed schools and I had to work from home to stay home with my baby. I had to install a softphone on my computer and use headphones with a USB port. They're comfortable, but I've had a few complaints about callers only hearing every third word - I'm not sure if it's a headphone or software issue. I also don't like that I don't hear myself (at all) when I speak into the microphone. On the other hand, I hear every bit of the opposite side without interference. So all in all a good buy at a reasonable price.
