Let me start by saying I'm fairly new to curling. I've always straightened my hair since I was a teenager (I'm 28 almost 29 years old) so I was never familiar with curling irons and curling methods. I tried a pair of curling irons about 6 years ago but they were cheap and didn't work so I gave up curling my hair until recently. I love how my hair looks after my stylist curls it. So I figured why not try again because my hair looks so good when it's curled... I also have a Babyliss straightener which is literally from 2012 but still works like new! I LOVE Babyliss so I decided to try their curling iron. I chose this one because it had the best reviews. I am very happy that I bought this curling iron. It lives up to the hype/good reviews. It's really very easy to use. I'm still learning how to curl my hair and even I managed to use this wand with no problems; It's great for beginners or experts! I suggest buying heat resistant gloves, it's easier for those tricky strands of hair. I also recommend investing in a really good heat protectant spray! I really like this wand. I'm so happy I bought it. I highly recommend this curler!
