Was a gift for my daughter and she was very specific with the barrel size as her friend has this exact model. A little harder to find (had to use amazon.com instead of amazon.ca) but was able to order and receive it well before Christmas. So far she is very happy with the product. No complaints. It took me a few hands-on tries, but it's pretty easy to learn how to use and I love the button that makes you burst heat. Seems to be good quality for the price. This gave me very soft curls that lasted all day on my very straight hair. This photo was taken at the end of a working day.

I was in total SHOCK! Someone dropped the ball because this item was used! The cord was untangled when missing the inserts in the box holding the curling iron for the demo and I'm not 100% sure because I've never seen what the box was supposed to look like, but I think the box did does not even belong to the item inside because the picture on the back showed a different curling iron design. SO DISAPPOINTED! It may have been a separate issue, but still unacceptable.
