UPDATE: I have changed the rating on this product because of the exceptional customer service. They contacted me shortly after my first review. I was pleasantly surprised at how customer oriented they are. Very disappointed when I took it out of the box to find dents in two corners. This was NOT a delivery issue. The dents were caused by non-stick discs placed on the underside. This is clearly recognizable and left the manufacturing company as such. When paying that much for kitty litter, I expect quality control. I gave it a one star rating due to imperfections. I cannot yet comment on the effectiveness of this product.
