This thing cleans really well! I bought a regular steel one a while ago and it was much better than the plastic ones that keep odors and other things out. But after a while, cat pee's caustic power became harder to draw on. This nonstick thing is magically simple. I love it. I will never return!

I bought this box together with the case. The case is not damaged yet. The filler clumps better instead of odor leaking into the plastic shell. A bit pricey but I liked it so much that I bought another one. The second box was damaged in shipping and creased at the corners. The replacement for it also arrived damaged. However, I was happy with the customer service and ended up getting a second replacement. You may need to pay attention to the packing method to avoid damage in transit.

I have 6 cats (all different sizes) and 11 litter boxes of all kinds and they use this one the most. That's the biggest thing. Maybe because of this.?. I've had it for a few months now and I haven't seen any rust or scratches. I bought a side mount that helps keep the stuffing inside. While it's loose and doesn't lock very tightly, that's an issue. But the box itself is great. I don't have older cats. So I'm not sure what they would do with the sides that might be too tall for them.

UPDATE: I have changed the rating on this product because of the exceptional customer service. They contacted me shortly after my first review. I was pleasantly surprised at how customer oriented they are. Very disappointed when I took it out of the box to find dents in two corners. This was NOT a delivery issue. I used a medium sized kennel as a litter box because both of my girls are singers and they had plenty of space and privacy to do their own thing. Now that the "converted" kennel has seen better days, I've decided to buy this non-stick bowl with extra sidewalls. I like a few things about this item including the cut, curved corners you typically see in litter boxes and the grade of material it's made from . However, there are a few things I don't like. This shortens the curve at the corners, but doesn't eliminate it. The curve is still enough, I'm finding it difficult to keep it as clean and crisp as I'd like and I felt like it was going to be eliminated entirely initially.
