I lost my engine in parts

My husband who has been a mechanic for over 30 years installed this on our 2011 Subaru Outback. On the second disc with the spare part installed, he cut off the screw in the motor and destroyed my motor. The seller contacted us because of a bad review. We sent pictures of the part with the damaged bolt, the tensioner it came with and a picture of the engine with the rest of the bolt stuck in it. They kept trying to accuse Revain of sending the wrong part until we showed them a photo of the box it came in which clearly showed their name and address. They then turned to a picture of our engine to tell us the numbers on it don't belong to them. Of course not, this picture was our engine and it was included and circled for you is half of the bolt that was part of the timing belt tensioner that went with that part of the engine and clearly got stuck in our engine. . We sent them a photo of the damaged screw and part and also circled it for their blind eyes. We replied to them twice, stating that this is a picture of our engine and its bolt. Replacing my Outback Subaru engine with a crappy $85 timing belt kit will set us back $1,000-$3,000. The seller has stopped communicating and is not working towards a positive resolution.
