Installation and setup was relatively easy. The connection to Wi-Fi is a little misleading, the instructions are obviously translated from Chinese and are very brief and even vague at times. You need to know what you're doing to install it yourself. The reason I'm coming back is because the camera didn't stay in the "video preset" selected. This camera has a feature that allows you to stream videos in multiple formats such as as. I repeatedly set the "high profile" but immediately reverted to a lower quality profile. The lower quality profile only allows video with an image quality of 600 x 300, which is worse than the video quality from the 1990s. I tried looking through the owner's manual but it doesn't even mention these Base/Sub/High Profile presets. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling/reconnecting camera and software. The camera still does not stay in HD video format/profile. Tried googling the problem/solution and couldn't find anything. If it was because I didn't know the right solution, I'm still reconfiguring it because I should be able to find a reasonable solution with 20 minutes of googling, which I couldn't. They should offer better customization and troubleshooting.
