They're very difficult to program, but once they work, they're worth every penny! I bought them for my clothing store's fitting rooms and checkout counters, and customers hit the service button quite often! Highly recommended if you can program. We had a broken watch but getting a new one was easy and it lasted all day! 9 clock. Also, it keeps blinking until you clear it. So if multiple clients need help at the same time, it will flash between numbers until you clear each one. BEST investment! They have already paid for themselves in a short time.
