In my opinion too much noise reduction. And I haven't found a way to turn it off. There's a button on the handset, but it turns your voice down, with three levels: high, medium, and low. It has adapters to connect to Android phones, iPhone or computers. This is an all in one solution. for video conferencing and is really easy to set up and use.
