I received this to replace an inner tube in my slow leaking (24 hours to empty) car tire that is about 25 years old. This tire was made in India and this one might be it so I thought it might be worth a try as a whole new solid tire is worth a new car. I was surprised to learn that the existing tire was tubeless! However, I continued. As most others mention, installation is no picnic. I had plastic tools for changing mountain bike tires but it was too difficult for them. What worked for me was a pair of box wrenches (about 1/2") - the closed end and slight angle on them helped a lot to get leverage to slide the tire back onto the rim and they are smooth , so there is less risk of damage to the tube or tire.
