Immediately after opening the packaging, I attached a few photos of the shoes directly to the door. They arrived DIRTY! I am so disappointed and outraged that they arrived on time. I can't believe they would send anyone these 'new' shoes. Why are they so dirty!? Brown-yellow spots everywhere. Just awful. My daughter was so happy about these shoes for her birthday that we opened the dirty shoes. I still can't believe anyone would think this is normal!
