I have been looking for a silicone baking mat that will fit my Nordic Ware Large Baking sheet that measures 21x15 or 2/3 sheet. This velesco 2/3 baking mat fits my baking sheet perfectly. I love that is priced reasonably compared to other brands and the mats have rounded corners. I've baked breads and cookies on them and they come out perfectly with minimal clean up. Will definitely buy more.

This is a good product but, don't know why there is a line on one of the sheets. I don't know if it was there since the start. But, I got my macrons well cooked and of great size. Easy to use and clean no issues at all. Would want to add an image for the line but, 'm lazy right now. Given 2 stars for durability for that line, otherwise is a great thoughtful product.

My daughter and I wanted to learn to make French macarons. I like to use silicon mars for most of my baking and felt this would be a great addition to the ones I already own. Even if I stop making macarons, I can use this may for other baking projects. Well these mats are superb. Easy to clean and the circles are a great guide. The texture of the mat also stood the batter from spreading too much. Highly recommend.

I love these macaron silicone mats - seriously, I do.I've been using them for over two years now and only have ONE complaint. They DO NOT lay flat in my half sheet pans (the highest rated ones on Revain - Nordicware I believe?). Due to the mats just being SLIGHTLY too big to lay perfectly flat, the macarons on the outside come out lopsided. First Used V-sheets almost immediately to bake Almond Flour cookies and bake Coconut Flour cookies. Easier than parchment paper. V-sheets have placement markings. I make cookies quite small, 1", the placement provides for 25 cookies on a sheet. (Almond or Coconut cookies do not spread out like wheat flour cookies.) I made 53 cookies in a snap. This is my 4th mat from velesco! I love these mats. I have them in 3 different sizes: 1/2 sheet, 3/4 sheet and full size sheet. I make macarons from home and these mats are a godsend! After trying them the first time, I loved them so much I ordered another set. And then I loved those so much I ordered them in the full size sheet to fit my larger trays. It took a minute to get the hang of the mats after using parchment paper because I have to make sure the macarons have formed a COMPLETE shell before baking. I've been looking at sil-pads for years now, but only bought these when my bother turned up with a deeper sheet pan and a rack to fit it. Suddenly, my 30 sheet pans, of all different sizes and weights looked like orphans. In came the sil-pads and – hooray! I am a convert.

I just received this yesterday. Delivered on time. One of the two pieces has a rough scratch running from end to end at the end portion of the sheet. I have not tried to use it yet, and I don't know if the scratch will affect the quality of the baked item, like sticking on it or not. This rough, scratched portion may be a delicate point where future tearing could start. As a macaron baker I am extremely picky of the mats I purchase. Many of them make the macs stick or don’t allow them to bake all the way through. These mats are of great quality and with their 45 circle template, I can bake almost twice as much as I did with my old mats. Highly recommend!

I have used a silicone mat in the past, but I ordered this one to fit my AirBake Cookie Sheet. The cookie sheet barely fits in my sink, so it is really a pain to clean. This makes it easier, I just remove the mat and wipe it down and the cookie sheet is ready to put away. My daughter noticed the difference in my cookies right away. Using the mat really helps to brown and crisp the bottoms of the cookies. The cookies are still nice a chewy the way we like, but it is just a little better to have…

These mats are pretty good. It is SO convenient to have macaron templates already on the mat if you are an avid macaron maker like me. My only complaint is that sometimes my macarons get sticky bottoms on this mat. I honestly prefer my freezer paper, but am trying to be more environmentally friendly.

I had previously been introduced to the silicon mats as a gift. Our old one is now very worn out, and reordered this one, which so far, seems to be working out well.

I use this in a large baking sheet for all types of baking. The original order came with the packaging damaged and one of the two items I ordered missing. Revain replaced the missing item within 2 days of notification,

My overall impression is that the size I ordered is just way to small for using to prep cookies. Kinda disappointing , but my mistake. Clean up was not as painless as I would hope. Took a couple of times rinsing and scrubbing to get flour of the stickiness of the mat. As for baking with them , that’s something I will wait and see on.

Too large for the standard baking sheet. Curls up at the edges. Macarons can put in neat and tidy circles. Just sponge wipe and paper towel dry. I rolled it back up and Stuck it back in the box for easy storage

Nice weight and nothing sticks to them, which is the purpose. I use parchment paper for everything but cookies, and macarons, obviously. My baking sheets don’t have sides on them, so parchment slides around and these mats do not. They clean up easily, just awkwardly.

Loving these mats so far. I had problems with other mats I'd purchased, refusing to release the macaron even when properly baked. They always had to go into the freezer for a few minutes before I could peel them off. Not what silicone is supposed to do. These release easy, leaving clean bottoms behind.
