First Used V-sheets almost immediately to bake Almond Flour cookies and bake Coconut Flour cookies. Easier than parchment paper. V-sheets have placement markings. I make cookies quite small, 1", the placement provides for 25 cookies on a sheet. (Almond or Coconut cookies do not spread out like wheat flour cookies.) I made 53 cookies in a snap. Used a soapy sponge to wipe/clean V-sheets. Actually I could not see anything left on V-sheet. V-sheets save time on clean-up.Second Bought 2 more so I could fill V-sheets while cookies are baking. When batch #1 is done I slide #1V-sheet off the pan, put on filled #2V-sheet and right back in oven. While #2 is in oven, cookies cool on #1V-sheet, are set aside, then I refill #1V-sheet. No time wasted while a cookie pan cools. For me, the "baking" always took longer than the mixing and clean-up, but not anymore. (I need 4 sheets because I bake 2 pans at a time.)
