Wonder how I got along without them!

I've been looking at sil-pads for years now, but only bought these when my bother turned up with a deeper sheet pan and a rack to fit it.
Suddenly, my 30 sheet pans, of all different sizes and weights looked like orphans. In came the sil-pads and – hooray! I am a convert.
