My daughter and I wanted to learn to make French macarons. I like to use silicon mars for most of my baking and felt this would be a great addition to the ones I already own. Even if I stop making macarons, I can use this may for other baking projects. Well these mats are superb. Easy to clean and the circles are a great guide. The texture of the mat also stood the batter from spreading too much. Highly recommend.
