I love these macaron silicone mats - seriously, I do.I've been using them for over two years now and only have ONE complaint. They DO NOT lay flat in my half sheet pans (the highest rated ones on Revain - Nordicware I believe?). Due to the mats just being SLIGHTLY too big to lay perfectly flat, the macarons on the outside come out lopsided. MAKE SURE these mats will fit the inner dimensions of your plans.In the end I started putting the mats on an upside baking sheet and baking that way. The shells come out hollow (which could be blamed on a lot of things) but at least I get a full sheetsworth of macarons that aren't lopsided.
