I just received this yesterday. Delivered on time. One of the two pieces has a rough scratch running from end to end at the end portion of the sheet. I have not tried to use it yet, and I don't know if the scratch will affect the quality of the baked item, like sticking on it or not. This rough, scratched portion may be a delicate point where future tearing could start. I wish the description of the item says that this was a MADE IN CHINA product.I am revising this feedback for the prompt response and action regarding my concern. I received a refund for the damaged piece. After using the mat, I can say that it's a good product so far.
