This is my 4th mat from velesco! I love these mats. I have them in 3 different sizes: 1/2 sheet, 3/4 sheet and full size sheet. The full size sheet is just a tad bigger than my baking sheet, but it can be easily trimmed. I make macarons for a small bakery, and these make baking so convenient. I love that you can make different size macarons. Each circle has three circles within them. I used to bake with parchment paper and print out a template, but this is all in one. If baked correctly the macarons come off cleanly, and clean up is a breeze. I wipe down with wet towel than wipe down with dry towel. Easy peasy! Highly recommended!
