Loving these mats so far. I had problems with other mats I'd purchased, refusing to release the macaron even when properly baked. They always had to go into the freezer for a few minutes before I could peel them off. Not what silicone is supposed to do. These release easy, leaving clean bottoms behind. Not sure what one other reviewer is meaning about poor heat distribution (lopsided macs are usually a piping issue), as these do a really nice job for me. I have ordered an additional set as these are much nicer than my previous ones.
