I'm in the decorated cookie business and recently began my journey into macarons. After reading a lot and remembering my cookie beginnings I decided to give a chance to silicon mat to bake macarons. I've read that parchment paper is the best but honestly didn't work for me. I order these mats for several reasons.1.- they have the measurements for macarons which help a lot while piping.2.- You save money on parchment paper.3.- The macarons bake perfectly and don't burn.4.- Its fits perfectly the 2/3 professional baking sheets.Will definitely order again.
