Don't know what stretch means? And I would say it's easy to use BUT it's very difficult to align the pads perfectly so the car doesn't wobble. In fact, I've never been able to set them up perfectly, so the car always shakes. because they are on the wrong side. You need some kind of marker to put pads on it. Also, I fucking love this thing, I have a steam cleaner and I really believe it kills germs with the heat, but I love that this thing cleans the floor for me! I used the water and solution in the tank 3 times and wiped down the whole house 3 times with the same bottle of solution. it lasts a long time and the pads don't get so wet that they drip, it's really great with a few downsides
