Had to buy this tempered glass protector for the new iPhone 8 Plus. Take three just in case. Very easy to install. I recommend tempered glass over film because it tends to curl with film and I hate that. I've had it for over a month now and couldn't be happier.:::Update:::I've got it right past the monthly mark noticed a chip and crack on the glass in the corner. I've never dropped my phone before so I was amazed at how it happened. I replaced it with one of the other two. Less than two weeks later, the same thing happened. The glass appears to be very fragile. I ended up replacing it with a more expensive brand available at your local AT&T store. I haven't seen the same results yet. At this time I cannot recommend this product. Yes, it's available, but you'll often end up replacing them.
