Only works with small cherries
This is a fun little gadget, especially for kids. The problem is that this only works for small cherries. If you put a big boy in there, the punch that pushes the pit out will actually miss the pit and just punch random holes in your cherry. So in the end you have to choose the cherry yourself. The lower "legs" easily detach so you can drain the pits and then simply reattach. Not sure if you should do this, but I machine wash this (separately as 2 pieces) and it cleans well. So as long as you use the mini cherry, this tool will work.
