A real help in operation
Thought I could fit it but after reading the instructions I decided to swap it out Have a van dealer install it. Steps need to be removed which would be very difficult for one person due to the size and weight of the steps. The RV dealer did a great job installing it, but it cost a few bucks. Very good in operation. After unlocking the closed steps, it descends very slowly and is easy to control. You can simply lift the steps with one hand to close them. Great help for the elderly who do not always have the strength of a young person.
