I like how easy it is to drink water from it. I usually try to drink 90 ounces of water a day and this bottle helps when I see it I see how far I can fall behind. This bottle holds 55 ounces when filled just before the strainer/filter. I love the little handle it comes with! Super helpful as I'm always on the go. What I don't like is that the mouthpiece cannot be adjusted to fit the bottle. The mouthpiece should be facing the handles, but it isn't. It would be helpful if the mouthpiece could be rotated or adjusted in the direction of the handles. As it is now, the pens are useless. If you turned the bottle sideways and drank as the handles dictated, water would flow out of the tiny air hole above the mouthpiece. You need to gently tilt the bottle to drink because the water will come out from the air hole. It happens to me often lol. The grips are also incredibly huge and don't appear to be the size of a human palm. I have a small hand and if I wanted to use grips I would have to spread my fingers unusually wide.
