I am writing this as a special tip for those who find 900 lumens a problem. It's definitely bright. I replaced my old 60 lumen landscape lights with these 900 lumens because I couldn't find a low wattage, low lumen light anywhere. (My old one was 12 volts, 11 watts, 60 lumens). I have a large garden and 10 landscape lights in a circle. When we replaced our old lanterns with new ones, it looked like a breakout night at the local jail. The whole backyard was so bright that it reflected off our house and the neighboring houses. Being a very smart guy, I took some of the "black" gutter guards that were left over from installing gutter guards around my house to keep leaves out, took my metal snips and cut out light round pieces. . housing and put them in the housing to limit the brightness. I cut two in the light and "wow" what's the difference. I reduced 900 lumens to 90 lumens. That did a great job! Just a note. HAPPY LIGHTING! :)
