don't love her I don't want to live without her!

I ordered these for cycling and when I really need to be aware of my surroundings. You get knocked out the first few times and it seems like your head is still getting phantom vibrations. (Imagine you're roller-blading or stepping out of a boat, you still have a sense of movement... But it passes quickly, and after a week the feeling has become the new normal. Of course it's vibration, not movement, me hope you understand the description) SO …. Great for listening and being aware of your surroundings, unlike many AWARE headphones (both in-ear and over-ear) there's nothing quite like being fully open and not closed. not as good as any quality in-ear headphones that you can get a good seal on. (They provide earplugs and enhance both bass and treble, but what's the point...) I spend quite a bit of time driving, they're pretty good for talking while driving, you can hear absolutely everything around you and the People I speak to say my sound is crystal clear. Believe them when they say it weighs less than an ounce, it really does. What I don't like when I have headphones well sealed is when I walk my foot falls in my head, it drives me crazy, there is no such problem here. They don't do well in noisy environments, no wonder. (External noise competes with sound transmitted through the bones). Maybe they relieve my aging mother* from watching TV, she can listen at a normal volume and doesn't have to turn on the TV, I understand why this technique is good for listening. hurt. (She'll have to get her own pair!) While I don't think they sound best with headphones, and I'm a bit of an audio snob, they fit such a unique role in my life that I wouldn't . I don't want them as an alternative and far prefer car bluetooth headphones. To explore a new city it's great to have an unobtrusive GPS and be fully aware of your new surroundings and of course you can listen to music, walk, talk and make phone calls. I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they felt in glasses/sunglasses and a little less so in collared shirts like polo shirts which always seem to hit the rather stiff neckband. not explained in the manual so lo and behold, one option has more bass, the other has more highs and mids (giving vocals/spoken words some clarity), for me out there listening to music I like the option with more bass for whatever else I decide I vote for setting the EQ with more clarity, it also has less buzz/vibration around your temples/cheekbones. The packaging and overall unboxing experience was top notch, they put a lot of thought into the customer experience, it's premium priced and the presentation reflects that I think. I really think the magnetic charging system is pretty awesome and I'm sure it will help maintain its water resistance, it's very easy to use and reliable. Finally, believe it or not, small as they are, when I take them off I find that my temples/cheekbones are a bit sweaty from the stimulants. (a small price to pay for the great option they bring to my outdoor experience) Worth trying if you have similar needs I say go for it! Optical (Toslink) After figuring out how to turn them on and off (she's 93, she'll be 94 soon) and remembering to put them back on, it's like a miracle for her and my brother who went deaf when he could hear the volume that mama could listen I wonder when my brother picks her up he hears at the same volume this bone conduction thing works!
