Great switch, the weapon switch that came with the machine was terrible junk. I love new! Makes the car much easier to shift. It's metal and gets hot in the sun, so I throw a black towel over it when parking in the heat.

I was hesitant to buy this one, I wanted a shorter switch but didn't think the 1 inch shorter they were talking about would be enough. I was positively surprised! Much better feel and less sloppy. However, the switch gets hot in the sun.

the shifter came in a sealed mopar box. It is wrapped in a thick paper towel and my switch came in perfect condition. I've always had trouble shifting into 2nd gear and it makes hard acceleration that much easier. The hardest part of the installation is in the leather case that goes around the switch. It takes a bit of struggle but will eventually work together.

Really like this machine. It's a bit pricey, but it's made of very durable materials, giving it a "more muscular" look. It is shorter (approx. 2.5 cm) than a standard block, making it more comfortable to grip. Dropping the height also shortens shift travel, which is nice too. The hardest part of the installation was removing the trim and trunk. However, once I freed it, the actual installation was VERY quick and easy (only about half an hour).

Excellent shifter. Because it's shorter than the factory shifter, it seems to make the movements shorter. It looks very nice and fits the hand perfectly. The only downside is that because it's aluminum, it gets cool (cold) very quickly at lower temperatures and hot (almost hot) at higher temperatures. If you're parked in direct sunlight in the summer, be prepared for this switch to feel almost hot; and in winter almost like ice.
