Excellent shifter. Because it's shorter than the factory shifter, it seems to make the movements shorter. It looks very nice and fits the hand perfectly. The only downside is that because it's aluminum, it gets cool (cold) very quickly at lower temperatures and hot (almost hot) at higher temperatures. If you're parked in direct sunlight in the summer, be prepared for this switch to feel almost hot; and in winter almost like ice.
