Worked great for the first two days, now leaking. The little rubber grommet will get stuck and just ruin your carpet. I'm very frustrated as I slept the best while this was working. I didn't wake up stuffed and with a stuffy nose. Now I'm really frustrated and trying to find another product. More than disappointed. Customer service sucks as not only did I send pictures of the problem but they don't seem to trust their customers so weeks have passed and they are still trying to either replace or refund my product. So it's not worth it.
