The quality of the product seems good but when assembling the trailer I noticed that the tire was sticking out sideways when inflating. I contacted the seller with pictures and was told he would send us a new tire the same day. A week later I don't have this thing so I contact them again and they apologize again and say they will ship it the same day. Another week has passed and the tires are gone. We had to cancel our bike tours due to this issue. I am extremely disappointed. When I ask for a refund they say I have to send the entire trailer back at my own expense which will not be cheap. So I ran out of money and have to spend more money to replace the broken part. I wish they could keep their end of the bargain. So sad and disappointed. I have attached photos to support my claim. It's supposed to be 42psi and we could only get it to 22 before it started to swell.
