First of all, their website is disorganized and hard to use, with goods buried deep within the site. It took me a long time to track down the item I wanted, and when I finally did I found out it was sold out. I looked forward to getting my order after I eventually decided on a product. However, the shipment was late by weeks without any communication from the company's support staff. The merchandise arrived late and was defective; it had no useful purpose. It was a hassle to try to reach their customer care department. They were rude and unhelpful, clearly not interested in finding a solution to my problem. It's safe to state I won't be returning to MINGCHUAN for any future purchases. Finally, don't let MINGCHUAN's allure of excitement and merriment deceive you. They have a terrible online store and no customer support. You'd be better off going elsewhere to avoid wasting time, money, and energy.
