This is a so called "fitness watch" that offers a multitude of functions. Things like pulse, blood pressure, number of steps walked along with many other features. too many too list. Most all features seem to work well with the apps that you download. Watch is quite comfortable and the screen is clear. Battery lasts about 7 days before needing a recharge.Couple of things that I don't like1) The display with hours on top and minutes underneath irritates me a bit. I would like smaller numerals side by side.2) No date display.3) No crazy about the size and shape. I would rather it be wider and shorter. Reading texts is a little difficult unless you've got really good eyes.4) Uses a special charging adapter. Lose it and the device is useless. Would have been nice if it had a USB C port like so many other devices. It's OK but I think I'll look into other watches of this type.
