SmartGuard is amazing and we couldnt be happier

I like that it's easy for my clients who are not tech savvy at all! It allows me total control of their devices with no hassle or confusion whatsoever!! And they love how simple everything works together without any errors.
 There isn't anything i dislike about smart guard other than maybe being able use more features but its great as-is so thats ok too :) We've had success in controlling our customers' childrens accounts by creating rules such has "no p2p" which means you can limit them from using certain programs etc if needed (such things were never an issue before).

Easy way t get started.
Very user friendly interface, even when we have difficulty getting into some areas where there is limited information available online..they help us out quickly via phone call support staff.it really helps!!!
The ability/flexibilityto create your own rule sets very helpful once trained up properly.
They offer customer service hours over Skype whenever possible
