Well that's interesting.

The product image is quite confusing. It shows three small cylindrical elements - I only have two. I also have two wires (cool!). There is no printed instruction in the kit but it is in the photos of the product. Here are a few things that will help: 1. When assembling, I stuck the top of the cutter into a block of wood and attached the wire. THEN I stuck the other end of the wire into the screw and used the body of the screw to push it all the way. I followed the directions in the picture but they didn't work because the wire isn't straight when it comes in, so trying to straighten a "guitar" string after it's bent is next to impossible! 2. Measurement marks are metric!3. The only way to contact the seller is to go to their website and find contact information. They say they are committed to customer satisfaction, but who knows when I'll get an email reply. To reiterate, the product image is not entirely accurate, but you get what you need to put it together. **I'll update this when I cut soap with it! ***
