Looks like a good thermostat and reviews back it up. I received mine and was always ready to install. For some reason I compared it to what I pulled out. It looks a little different, but it's not scary. However, the one-way valve, which lets a small amount of coolant through when the engine is cold, was installed the wrong way round. If I installed it it would prevent the necessary coolant movement and potentially damage my engine. I went to my local Jeep dealership and bought a Mopar thermostat instead for about the same price. I cannot recommend this thermostat. With the apparent quality control issue I had, you are taking a chance.
