Good mount: kayaking
I use it with the Ascend sit-on-top kayak. I know other kayakers who have had their sonar wiring damaged from overheating using the built in hull mounts, so I went with that option. It's a bit of a hassle to pick them up and take them out every time, but I hope this will extend the life of the product.
