Waste of money on stick vacuum cleaners and electric brushes
This is a waste of money if you have pets. Constantly clogged, the light rarely works, the brush failed several times. Save your money and buy the best cordless vacuum cleaner! UPDATE, I gave this item an extra star for the customer service I received. After my review, the seller contacted me to send me a new vacuum cleaner or refund the money. As I had already replaced it with a Dyson I requested a refund. This was given to me through my Revain account. I will say that the seller does not have to be in the US. The emails I received from them looked very much like a scam. Always wants me to click on a link or attachment. I didn't either. Just replied to the email. The return worked. In short, if you try and find you don't like the vacuum cleaner, ask the seller for permission. I think they will be the most helpful.
