I have bought 4 of these monitors in the last 3 years and can say that 4k monitors are really good at a reasonable price. Now you have to remember that they are not suitable for your main gaming monitor. You need more than 60Hz if you want motion to look good, especially at 4k, and to be honest not every game (and graphics card) can handle a 4k monitor. For this reason, I suggest this monitor as a secondary monitor to accompany either a 4k 144Hz monitor or a 1440p 144+Hz monitor. It's great for a large workspace (I'm a software developer) and allows for multiple multitasking options. Movies and videos look great on it too, and you can use it as a small TV for your room like I did. TLDR: Great for performance and movies aren't that great for most games.
