Set up was easy and my dog responded well from the start. I have learned to put some water on the back of their necks to keep tension down when using the e-collar and ensure the contacts are having the desired effect. It looks like dozens of units to me, so I know it won't be too strong for the dog. In any case, I'm trying to reverse barking outdoors, but other methods have not been successful. It worked the first time - the vibration didn't work but the slight shock kept it quiet for the rest of the day. I don't mind a few barks to let me know someone is approaching my driveway, but it really helps me to teach them, a few barks is enough. Good quality product!
