I've had a feeling of heaviness, heaviness in my chest for a few months. I don't know exactly what's going on, but it seems to me that my lungs have a build up of thick and sticky mucus because I can't cough it up, but it often affects my vocal cords. I'm a singer so this is unacceptable. I've changed every inch of my diet to make sure I don't get heartburn, I smoke regularly, I drink tons of water, and nothing has helped. As previously mentioned, I use a saline inhaler before bed and woke up this morning to the realization that I no longer feel mucus in my chest. I don't know if it's a coincidence and she's coming back or if the saline inhaler just solved all my problems, but I'm a newbie and will use it every day!
