In order of importance to me: 1. Fit - overall good even in the ear which I don't care. Unfortunately, about every 3 hours or so, most of the headset detaches from my ear and/or the mic boom moves. The ears lie close to the head and are small. This is the only reason I returned.2. The service is great. I like the individual buttons which are what's what to my mind. I really like the silver MFB. I knew I had pushed him and how many times. Voice notifications are great, especially when you're out of range. Very easy pairing too.3. The call quality is very good, both sides can be heard without background noise. The volume can be adjusted from quiet to quite loud. I can hear my surroundings with my free ear.4. Music/Multimedia - Very good for a one-ear headset. The buttons work as advertised and are easy to use.
