Great Harness in my review
The material is great, waterproof, and breathable. This is the first high-quality raincoat that I have found that has a built-in Harness. Since I never walk my dog without a harness, I hate the ones that just have a slit to try to get a harness ring through. Even though my papillon is only 9 lbs, he needed the size large because of his back length and girth and it fits perfectly.
