Review on Artisto Watercolor Acid Free Beginners Professionals by Barbara Simmons

I'm not a very good artist, but I understand how color is supposed to work. That being said I bought this paper for my Arteza Gouaches and my Winsor and Newton Dry Watercolor Set and let me state that this paper does both superbly. It's very thick so it doesn't show through. The colors themselves were bright on paper and easy to work with without damaging the paper or destroying the pigments. The paper has very little curl, so I would recommend patting the surface of whole sheets and letting it dry to minimize curl. It can be quite wet and the water can be easily removed with a paper towel without getting absorbed into the paper too much. Of all the cheap rolling papers I've tried, this one is actually very high quality and very easy to handle compared to other brands. This would be perfect for practicing colors or patterns depending on your needs, as well as the perfect paper for beginners to paint with watercolor and gouache to practice techniques. For the price I highly recommend trying it out if you are a beginner or just looking for cheap good quality paper.
